How should i ask this girl out?

Theres a cute girl at my gym that always works out at the same time i do and i want to ask her out. She seems to take it pretty seriously, and i have to because im a firefighter and need to stay in shape. I think she likes me so if she says yes what are some good first date ideas. We're both 19 and i dont want it to be awkward
