Just keep at it. You seem to have hit a plateau. I hit a plateau after losing 10 lbs for about three weeks or so. I didn't give up, just kept doing what I was doing, and finally broke through the plateau and am once again losing. I know it gets discouraging, trust me I know, but I decided I wasn't going to give up or get down over it, since I wasn't gaining anything, just staying the same. Finally, I started losing again. Maybe since you are doing your elliptical for 30 mins-1 hour, maybe increase the minimum to 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes.
