Pain in chest under left breast, Randomly...?

So I've been having chest pain for a long time now. I think it started when I was about eleven, with stomach pain and when i went to see a doctor they had told me that it was because of constipation because my bowels are messed up. i don't 'go' as much as i should, maybe a couple times a week...so the doctor put me on miralax and it kinda got better but then i started to get pain in my left side and/ or chest randomly when i was about fourteen and i wouldn't be able to really move without the pain worsening and i would have to be crouched or leaned over for it to kinda go away on it's own. it happened like when i would walk or eat fast food, and when it happened it would be hard to breathe, i would gasp for air. so when i went to the doctor they told me it was because of acid reflux issues and they put me on medication that i would take whenever this ooccurred but it didn't really help...but kinda stopped happening after i went on a special diet, you know like stopped eating fast food, fried greasy spicy, things that would cause acid reflux. but after a while i started to eat whatever and i was fine. like maybe another couple of years later it started with some mild pain under my left breast every once and a while...sometimes just when sitting and the same before, i wouldn't be able to move or take any deep breaths without the pain worsening and it go away unless it stayed kinda leaning with my hands over my chest, very still and it would gradually go away. But more recently it's been happening EVERYDAY, and it's like this gripping tight pain and it feels like my insides are just breaking. the other night when i was asleep i really thought i was dreaming because it hurt so bad. the pain just came out of nowhere and i had to hold on to myself in like a fetal position for it go away but anytime i moved it would come shooting back and i was in AGONY, and somehow after maybe 45 minutes or so , maybe because i was in and out of a dazed sleep when this was going on, it stopped when just laid on my right side and didn't move. on other days it happens when im lying down, or if im excising especially. basically it can happen when i do anything. don't drink or smoke or am on any medication. anything helps, would see a doctor but really tight on money right now. so looking for info online. im 18 yr. old female i still have constipation if that could be it....

Trying to repair some damage thirty years after the fact (sorry about the length)?

In 1981, my eight-year-old brother Andrew was kidnapped by a family acquaintance and held hostage for three weeks. During this time, he was routinely beaten and sexually abused by his captor. He was also burned with boiling water and forced to listen while his captor made crank calls to our family pretending to be the police, telling us that Andrew had been found. He was rescued after three weeks. It had taken that long to track him down because his captor had them moving around all the time. It's strange to me how a period of time as short as three weeks could destroy so many lives, and leave so many still broken after thirty years. Andrew's body recovered from the trauma, but his mind never healed. The Andrew that came back to us was not the Andrew we had previously known. Before the trauma, Andrew was very social and outgoing. We were only two years apart and always very close. I never had any other brothers or sisters. He was a sweet little boy with a good sense of humor, and, being an older sister, I teased him constantly. Not meanly, but in a playful way. He is the most ticklish person to ever walk planet Earth, and as a little kid he loved it when I tickled his feet. We wrestled and play-fought and just enjoyed being with each other. When he came back, everything changed. Andrew had always been close to me and my parents also, but after he came back he acted like he couldn't even stand the sight of us. I could never understand that. I thought he should be happy to be back with us, people who loved him. He told me when he was older that I was a stranger to him and that there was a gulf separating him from everyone else. He was resentful that other people hadn't been where he had been. When he first came back and started beng like that, I tried so hard to bring him back. I tickle-attacked him like I used to and even though he squirmed and laughed just the same, he didn't enjoy it at all. He wouldn't wrestle either, and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. He did well in school and never had issues with drugs and alcohol, he's been successful in life and has a wife and kids, but for the past thirty years you can tell that something in him is just gone. Something inside him died all those years ago and, despite this, I still hope so hard that I can bring him back. I still see him and our children play together, but that confidence is gone. He underwent counseling as a child and teen but it didn't help him and he doesn't see anyone anymore. I encourage him to see someone about his depression and the pain he still feels but he says it wouldn't make any difference. I'm sorry this post is so long but I just don't know what to do to help him. He's physically healthy and financially stable, but I want to be close to him again and my parents want the same. Is there anything I can do to bring him back, to make us all just a little closer?

With your whole smile and braces thing, just remember, they will come off. They usually come off in an average of 1 1/2 years. If do take care of them, it may take a year instead. Today I was out In my back yard tanning (in bikini) and a truck that had been in the church directory right behind our house and the small church next to our house, drove by once, noticed me, then took a while turning around, out of my sight,. then drove back slowly, and left, I went back inside and about 25ish minutes later went to take my dog for a walk, as I walked about two blocks from my house, I saw the same truck driving behind me, we got to the corner at the same time, he stopped at the stop sign about a minute longer than needed, considering there was no tragic, and proceed by me slowly, then stayed close behind me or in front until I took another turn and he went straight, then about another two block from there on my way back to the house, he passed me again. Okay so I was supposed to start my period the 2nd now it's the 11th and still nothing. I took two home pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. Second, I honestly believe that just because she was your first love and you didn't know any others doesn't mean that you don't love her. I think you do, from the way you are speaking about her. I believe maybe you are definitely confused and just maybe you need to give her space. I know that might be hard, considering you're in love. Trust me, I've been there. What can I do for my ACL (it is torn)?

i mean you should be using crutches to help you walk but once it is less painful it is actually good to walk on it. the more motion and strength you get before surgery the easier the recovery is. sometimes you do pre surgery physical therapy i recommend that. yeah you will need surgery pros you will be able to play sports again and your knee will feel almost normal. with out surgery you wont be able to participate in competitive sports anymore and youll have pain a lot of the time. it will always be torn and you run the risk of tearing more ligaments. youll be able to play basketball around 4 to 5 months after surgery but not in a game competitively until around 6 to 7 months after.

Can we become a commecialpilot if have eye sight?

That's the first thing you need to become a commercial pilot. If you don't have eye sight, you would be blind and I doubt if they will let you get into the cockpit of an airplane.

Firefighter's wearing shorts in fire service?

What are some policies, SOP'S and opinions on wearing shorts in fire service. A few of us at my department are pushing for shorts in our department. Due to such high temp's down here in the south we would much rather be in shorts during at least during the summer months. Our chief is okay with it, and we have an idea of how to wear shorts yet still look professional, so i don't need opinions if it's professional or not. I have been studying the usual math, mechanical aptitude, and vocab for my upcoming fire test, but from experience I know there is usually a Human Relations section on most tests which will have various statements (usually ethical ones) like " I will protect the life of others no matter what the cost". Choosing "a" means you strongly agree, "b" you agree, "c" you disagree and, "d" you strongly disagree. Then the next question will be something like " People consider me an extremely giving and protective individual". I want to know if there really are correct answers, even between the choices like agree and strongly agree, for these types of questions or are the testers just looking for consistency with the choices you make?

Why i am so tired lately?

i have a 5 month old baby and have been feeling great since i had him, even though i lost alot of bloody through a csection and have been on iron pills to help. i never had an problem with feeling tired, but this whole week i have felt so tired.last night i slep 7 hours, woke up and then went back to bed for 2hours and letr went back to bed for another 2hours, i still feel tired. for the last week i feel like this, i don't think i am pregnant again because i had my period last saturday, it lasted 3days and i didn't have sex for 2weeks befor that. i also try to excise as much as i can, i always take the baby for a walk and then the dog for her own lil walk to each day. what could be making me so tired?

Ok, please most read it and try to give me the most detailed answers. I am 18, I'm smart, and very social but somehow cannot manage to stay out of trouble. Mostly little things, only a few big mistakes. Ok so I moved to my hometown for years ago this june, right after my first attempt at 9th grade, in which my HIGHEST grade was 2.74%... I know, bad, but after moving and now living with a new parent, new surrounding, a fresh start, my parents made me repeat 9th grade, and I started to do good. Very good. I thrived. First year I won a presidential award for academic excellence. Only 500 students in the entire us qualified for this award. I had also earned other awards that same year. Sophmore year same thing, tons of awards and really good, but the while time I was always in trouble, skipping classes, late all the time, and sorta had a problem talking back and arguing with teachers. Well near the end of that year I ended up in a group home for none months, my dad placed me there because we didn't get along, and after sweetening junior year I failed 3 classes and had many more attendance issues and rule violations. Since I repeated after my junior year I turned 18 and was forced to move out on my own. Now on my own I had many child and the only way to pay then was to work more... That interfered with school, I left school for 3 months this past fall while working, reentered school in january and after getting myself in somelegal trouble recently was out of school again for two weeks in february. I the went back again and after about a month was kicked out. I'll explain why later. But lets just say I've been kicked out many times and this last time was probably the 10th time I've been kicked out and then aloud back. I've had many chances. This last time I was kicked out for a reason I totally disagree with. I was attending both the highschool and part time at the alternate education center (aec) , one day the dean of students asked me to meet him the next day at 8 am, I explained that I had class at the aec everyday at that time and that I would not be able to make the meeting, he told me to be there anyways, I didn't go, I wouldn't skip a class and lose the credit to meet with him, see the credit at aec is based on attendance, the amount of time you spend there, which I disagree with by the way, should be based on work completed, but either way I refused to skip my class and was kicked out for not doing so to meet with him. I have now ben out of the school for almost a month. I am smart, and I work hard, if they let new back I know I could easily make up the work and catch up. But I have dirty of developed a bad relationship with the dean and principalover the years and they well no longer let me back, I was not expelled, they just told me if I came on the property the police liason would arrest me. I need to get back in... I have reached a point where the bs is over... I'm done getting in trouble, I'm fine causing crap, done with bad grades.... I want to go back and do good, but being that I have this bad relationship with the dean and principal, how can I ho about getting back in, is there a way I could legally force then to let me in, or somehow go around their authority? I worked for Navy Fitness. Before you start doing exercises you should learn to do proper stretching. You may want to do that for about one to two weeks and then only do one exercise at a time. I know gym memberships cost money but sometimes the city offers free programs or you can get low cost memberships at the YMCA. It would be good to start with a Trainer or Fitness Specialist and learn to do proper stretches. Just cause you see a program it isn't always the best program for you. You should also have help with a nutritional program. Often times,individuals who starts programs at home end up giving up quite rapidly and never complete their goals.

Basically my life is hitting me hard right now. I'm 19 and I'm still struggling to finish high school. I can't find a job (unless you count working at Mcdonalds for 4 hours a week a job) I have no marketable skills. I don't think I will be able to afford collage. I'm still living with my parents. Meteors keep killing my sims in the sims 3?

For some reason, I have ALOT of meteors in my game (ambitions). It's like, every time I play I have a meteor attack me, usually multiple times. Sometimes my sim is in a building (for example, school) and it kills them because they can't leave. As far as I can tell, most people barely ever have meteors in their game, so I have no idea why mine has so many! I haven't had any earthquakes, and none of my sims have been firefighters. I have all expansions and fully updated. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know of a mod that makes no meteor showers? And no, none of my sims even have a telescope. So annoying!

I Need Help Naming a Fine Painting of Myself Standing Behind a Penguin. PLZ HELP!?

Picture this... I'm in Guam on the beach with my penguin friend Gaper, who's wearing a hawaiin button up shirt, he is leaning forward with a big smile on his face wearing those big cop sunglasses. Wierd Weightloss...?!?!!!?

Hi, I am a 49 year old male, who is about 5'7" in height and normally 170 lbs. in wieght. recently (over the last month or so) I have lost almost 10 lbs. But the weird thing is my diet is almost exactly the same, (as last month) and I am excising even less because I hurt my knee. The only thing I cut out of my diet for one month was alcohol (specifically beer).. Is that something to look into, or is it really the alcohol. Because most firefighters won't have to go into a building and if they do you can be sure the people waiting outside to go in and get them will be men who can carry them back out (the old "2 in, 2 out" rule). Firefighters do more than running into burning buildings... checking on systems of public buildings, car accidents, situations where people need first aid and EMTs aren't there yet, gas leaks, downed lines and trees, etc. There are plenty of jobs a female could do with those that don't involve trying to lift someone out.

When will I "fill out"?

Like you, I was very tall and thin at school and at college I filled out a bit, but around 25 is when I really filled out. I was 6ft at the end of school and weighed about 70kg... at 25, I was 6ft5 and 105kg with hardly any fat and still the same now, so sometimes it takes a while. It really depends on genes though, some people are naturally thin, some are tall, some are strong etc. Just have to wait and see!

I tickle-attacked him like I used to and even though he squirmed and laughed just the same, he didn't enjoy it at all. He wouldn't wrestle either, and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. He did well in school and never had issues with drugs and alcohol, he's been successful in life and has a wife and kids, but for the past thirty years you can tell that something in him is just gone. Something inside him died all those years ago and, despite this, I still hope so hard that I can bring him back. I still see him and our children play together, but that confidence is gone. He underwent counseling as a child and teen but it didn't help him and he doesn't see anyone anymore. I encourage him to see someone about his depression and the pain he still feels but he says it wouldn't make any difference. I'm sorry this post is so long but I just don't know what to do to help him. He's physically healthy and financially stable, but I want to be close to him again and my parents want the same. Is there anything I can do to bring him back, to make us all just a little closer?

I've been thinking recently and alot of major things in my life that have happened I have predicted. For example, I met my boyfriend through mutual friends and as soon as I met him I knew he was going to be important in my life and I would fall in love with him. It wasn't love at first sight, I don't believe in that anyways and I fell in love with him much later. I wasn't surprised when we started dating, because I knew it would happen. You could quit school--it sounds as if you probably aren't getting anything out of it, anyway! Get a job at whatever you can get with your level of education and try living on that level of income. Some people don't get motivated until they are married, and/or have children to support. It's usually a case for most people that we either get motivated to improve our lot in life, or drum along at an uninspiring sub-level in life and just drift! There is always the Community Mental Health Agency, if you're old enough--or ask your parents, if you're not old enough, to pay for out-patient therapy to find out the core issue. Has anyone in this forum had previous experience in a Diagnostic Laparoscopy ?

This procedure was performed upon me 3/29/11 in order to finally preclude/exclude any possible tumour on/in my liver. 5 MRIs since 2010 showed no enlargement but also no apparently discernible 'object'(?). It seems to 'exist' in scans, but not in reality.Portals for cameras were inserted and a biopsy taken. All up about 4 holes excised/cut and still nothing to be found. And you really can't target weight loss towards any part of your body, and cardio makes you sweat differently from weight lifting. But, to lose belly fat, or at least make your belly appear smaller, do the ab workouts. If you have a ballast ball, there are a million workouts you can do. They usually come with a poster of low-intensity workouts that can be done.

I recently got my 1st pair of contact lenses but when I put them in my eyes were really blurry. I had them in for like 30minutes and nothing changed and I can see better without them. I have a sister that is a couple of years younger than me. Growing up, I was always independent and wanted to do things on my own but she was always dependent for everything. As kids, I took up for her but as she reached adulthood she expected me to still do everything for her and she almost flunked high school and has now become a college drop out. So, she went out and got herself a puppy to be her baby. Well, now that she has had it for a few months, she has outgrown the puppy stage. My sister sits at home all day watching TV and eating and sleeping. When I get home, she has her dog at my house with my dogs and she won't come get it until later on in the night because she needs to rest and cannot worry with her dog. Her dog eats everything in sight, chews on everything, and will potty everywhere in my house. I have finally gotten tired of this and told her that as long as she is home that her dog cannot come to my house because she needs to take care of her own responsibilities herself. I have only asked my family twice to watch my dogs as I went on vacation with my husband. This weekend will be the third time ever but my parents have taken up for my sister proclaiming that they always take care of my dogs. Yet, my dogs stay in a pen and all I need them to do is let them out during the day and let them in at night so they can eat and sleep. I have bought my family groceries, paid their cable and cell phone bills and everything else they can ask of me. My parents also run to me when they have a problem with my sister because they cannot understand why she acts the way she does and does not know how to handle her. I just do not know if I have done something wrong and cannot figure it out or if my family is finally taking my sister's side on everything because I went against my sister. How would I genuinely convey that I want to help someone buy a car without sounding like a car salesman?

I have been selling cars for only 4 months now and I have been getting amazing results from being straight forward with people and helping them out. If so I say try this, put a 100% female staff in a 100% male prison, San Quintin type, 100% female everything, Warden, guards, medical staff, cooks, everything. We are being told that there absolutely no differences in the sexes when it comes to the "workplace". I say try it just once and get this nonsense out of the way for once and for all. Yes I know there are many female guards in the prisons, but just as extras in a movie and will be covered for if needed. I'm no doctor, I'm only 15 but it could be a physiological thing. Maybe it's all in your head and when you cut yourself there's something going on in your head that causes you to faint. I wouldn't worry about it though. If you are that concerned or curious about why it happens, ask your doctor.

I can't stand the sight of food?

Food lately has looked so gross to me, like I can barely eat it without wanting to throw up. Any type of meat makes it the worst. Ive been thinking of becoming a vegan, but I'm not sure. Is it hard to become a vegan? But why does food just look so disgusting to me?

ok so I been on a diet.. I lost about 30lbs.. I am like 5ft5.5 with like a 26.5 inch trying to get it down to like a 23 inches and my hips are like 33, trying to get them down to 30 inches.. I been doing a lot of excising and want really lean legs, but mine are more on the muscular side, as for my stomach I want to trim that as well.. when I stand up straight and flex.. I can see a little muscle def, but when i am sitting nothing.. I know guys have to be like 8% body before you can see theirs, but how about females?? does anyone know what body level they need to have before they show, and i mean really show... I am going to do that 17 day diet.. anyone else have good tips on losing weight, and good ab workouts

Where is the law that requires a Doctor to pay for an income tax?

If the supreme court said that the 16th Amendment did not give congress any new taxing power, and if the supreme court stated that the income tax is a tax on activities (excise tax) and not the income, where in title 26 does it address my activity? I am a heathy person, so are my kids. We eat healthy and excise everyday. My Husband had a kid with his first wife; who I raised since he was 3 now 7. Last year he went to satay the whole year with his mother. When he came back, he was a little bit chubby. Gained over 20 pounds. Now I can't get him to join the family. All he does is eat. His mom ships boxes of junk food here for him. He steal the boxes and hides them i his room. Can you please help me out and give me some ideas.

No line of sight for DishNetwork, will Directv work?

We had Dish Network out 3 times to move our dish - twice I warned the technician when spring and summer get here, the dish will be blocked and twice he told me, no it's okay. Finally, got my money back from Dish and went with Direct TV - who said, let's put it on the roof and I never had another problem. I think it's worth it to have them out - both our receiver's, remotes, and dish were much better quality with Direct TV.

How do I get lighten my period without birth control?

I feel your pain! I use to wish the same thing! I didn't want to take birth control but i did want a shorter/lighter period! And sadly there is no natural remedie! BUT...I have found that using tampons rather than pads works for me! Tampons are much cleaner and you dont feel the blood gushing out! Ibuprofen does help with cramps but does not make your period lighter and or shorter. Since you only get your period once in a while instead of every month your period will probably be heavier due to all of the blood build up, if it truly bothers you i would sit down with your mom and tell you feel you need birth control because your period is just to heavy and ruins everyday life for you when you have it! She's probably worried about you becoming sexually active...Well good luck!

K.. Well I met this kid in class. We both just finished school though and I started liking him ohh I say a few days before school got out. I talked to him a few times at school. But never got his number. Well I finnaly got my courage up to write on his wall on FB. Im really really shy and nervous around guys so I just asked about some wildland firefighter classes. Well he hasnt written back and its been a week. I dont know if he see's the message because I know he gets on FB through his Ipod. Im not sure what to do now? I know people who know him. But not too well so I dont know if they would ask him to come hang out with us. I really like him and would love to talk to him more I just dont know how. Firefighting is a fairly safe job... My husband is a cop and I never really worry. The only thing that really sucks is the shift work and not having the same schedule. I am work in business and travel alot and he works weird hours... But it is all about enjoying the time you do have together and not stressing on things that COULD happen. :)

Summer starts this coming up week , my goals is to lose 15 pounds . I would like to know some tips on how to shape up . I weight 130 right now and i will be a senior this coming up year . As a 68W combat medic what will I be looking to expect?

I really want to do Infantry but, later on I want to be a firefighter. I know this MOS would be the better choice for that but, as especially a line medic do you hang with the infantry guys and get to shoot in fire fights or do you just wait around for someone to get hurt? Hey, I am 130, and 5'3. I use to weight about 115. I've have had eating disorders in the pass, but now I just want to become healthy and skinny. I have been going to the gym for about 2 months. I cut my diet to mainly no bread or sweets. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit. I mainly only drink water. I do not drink soda and when I drink or eat anything it's normally organic. Lately when I go to the gym I run one mile, jog/fast walk another mile and bike 4 to 5 miles. Then I also work on the other excise machines for about 30 min. I haven't lost a pound. :( I do not know what I am doing wrong. Any Tips or advice would help :(

I know of the terms like accent, mannerisms, etc. But is there a name for the way people talk in relation to the times?

Can LASIK eye surgery improve your vision if.....?

My mom's job required her to be on the computer all day, her eyesight started to diminish so she got Lasik surgery. Her vision was perfect for a while but after 5 years it started to decline. Now she has to wear glasses to see far away objects, which she is a little ticked about. Hope this helps.

Trying to get close with my brother again after a trauma that occured thirty years ago?

In 1981, my eight-year-old brother Andrew was kidnapped by a family acquaintance and held hostage for three weeks. During this time, he was routinely beaten and sexually abused by his captor. He was also burned with boiling water and forced to listen while his captor made crank calls to our family pretending to be the police, telling us that Andrew had been found. He was rescued after three weeks. It had taken that long to track him down because his captor had them moving around all the time. It's strange to me how a period of time as short as three weeks could destroy so many lives, and leave so many still broken after thirty years. Andrew's body recovered from the trauma, but his mind never healed. The Andrew that came back to us was not the Andrew we had previously known. Before the trauma, Andrew was very social and outgoing. We were only two years apart and always very close. I never had any other brothers or sisters. He was a sweet little boy with a good sense of humor, and, being an older sister, I teased him constantly. Not meanly, but in a playful way. He is the most ticklish person to ever walk planet Earth, and as a little kid he loved it when I tickled his feet. We wrestled and play-fought and just enjoyed being with each other. When he came back, everything changed. Andrew had always been close to me and my parents also, but after he came back he acted like he couldn't even stand the sight of us. I could never understand that. I thought he should be happy to be back with us, people who loved him. He told me when he was older that I was a stranger to him and that there was a gulf separating him from everyone else. He was resentful that other people hadn't been where he had been. When he first came back and started beng like that, I tried so hard to bring him back. I tickle-attacked him like I used to and even though he squirmed and laughed just the same, he didn't enjoy it at all. He wouldn't wrestle either, and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. He did well in school and never had issues with drugs and alcohol, he's been successful in life and has a wife and kids, but for the past thirty years you can tell that something in him is just gone. Something inside him died all those years ago and, despite this, I still hope so hard that I can bring him back. I still see him and our children play together, but that confidence is gone. He underwent counseling as a child and teen but it didn't help him and he doesn't see anyone anymore. I encourage him to see someone about his depression and the pain he still feels but he says it wouldn't make any difference. I'm sorry this post is so long but I just don't know what to do to help him. He's physically healthy and financially stable, but I want to be close to him again and my parents want the same. Is there anything I can do to bring him back, to make us all just a little closer?
